RAK Properties sells out first phase of Cape Hayat at launch

RAK Properties, Ras Al Khaimah’s leading developer, said it has sold out the first phase of Cape Hayat at the launch. The 688 apartments residential complex, is located on Hayat Island, which is part of the Mina Al Arab residential masterplan, overlooking the Arabian Gulf and Hajar Mountains.

The apartments are spread across four towers, built upon an area of 22,854 square metres. Two towers are made up of 20 storeys and the other two of 9 storeys each, providing panaromic views of the coastline. Residents of Cape Hayat will enjoy access to five-star hospitality brands, including the InterContinental Mina Al Arab Resort and the Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, and the recently announced Nikki Beach Resort & Spa.
