RAK Properties launches the last phase of Cape Hayat

RAK Properties, one of the leading property developers of the UAE, launched the last phase of Cape Hayat, a luxury collection of residential apartments with direct beach access, located on Hayat Island in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah.

Cape Hayat offers amenities, such as an infinity pool, a fitness studio, a leisure deck area with views of the sea and mangroves, a multi-purpose recreation room and a kids’ area, all designed to enhance community living. Several retail and F&B outlets are also available in the residential development.
