Nakheel and Excelsior unveil Phase II of Rixos Dubai Islands Hotel & Residences

Nakheel, one of the leading real estate master developers in the UAE, and Excelsior Real Estate LLC have unveiled the second phase of Beach Residences of the recently unveiled waterfront development Rixos Dubai Islands Hotel & Residences. The development will offer a resort lifestyle in a coastal setting to its residents.

The Phase II inventory of Rixos Dubai Islands, Hotel & Residences consists of 331 residences including one-, two-, and three- bedroom residences, four-bedroom duplexes with large terraces, and beach houses with gardens.
