Missoni-branded residences debut on Al Marjan Island

Marjan, the master developer of freehold properties in Ras Al Khaimah, has welcomed the first Missoni-branded residences in the Northern Emirate. DURAR, a leading real estate developer in the UAE, will develop the project in collaboration with Fortune 5, a UAE company specialized in real estate investments, developments and sales. The residential project is slated for completion by the end of 2026.

Missoni, a luxury Italian fashion house known for its vision that combines bold colors and graphics with unusual shapes, will offer refined living within the waterfront setting on Al Marjan Island. The interiors of the residences will feature the brand’s famed psychedelic patterns.
