Wasl unveils Hillside Residences at Wasl Gate

Wasl, one of the UAE’s largest real estate management and development companies, has announced the launch of Hillside Residences. The project is in the Wasl Gate freehold master development, situated in Jebel Ali. The launch follows the success of Wasl’s previous projects, The Nook and Gardenia Townhomes. The project officially launches on the 23rd of November where the freehold units go on sale.

Hillside Residences is made up of 819 units, including one- to four-bedroom, two-bedroom duplexes, three-bedroom duplexes, penthouses and four-bedroom duplex penthouses. One-bedroom units are priced from Dh850,000, while prices for two-bedroom units start at Dh1.29 million. The three- and four- bedroom units start at Dh2 million and Dh4 million, respectively. Each home offers generous living spaces with an aesthetic mix of layouts.

Wasl offers a flexible 40:60 payment plan, wherein interested buyers will pay 40 percent during construction and 60 percent at handover. The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2027.

Hillside Residences offers convenient access to an extensive network of roads, metro line, and buses. The development is close to Festival Plaza and other key retail destinations, as well as places of worship. It is connected to the rest of Dubai through Sheikh Zayed Road and Energy Metro Station.

This community is a part of Wasl Gate, a freehold master development that houses residential units, shopping malls, healthcare centres, schools, and colleges. Wasl Gate is a centrally located development in Jebel Ali with access to key locations in the city, including JAFZA, Expo City, Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai Internet City, Dubai World Central, and Dubai Parks and Resorts.

Wasl’s other projects in the development, the Nook and Gardenia Townhomes have witnessed complete sell out of their constituent residences earlier this year. The Nook features units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, while Gardenia Townhomes offers three to four-bedroom townhouses.
