Devmark, the UAE’s leading real estate project sales and marketing consultancy, has unveiled Kempinski Marina Residences, Dubai which made sales surpassing the Dh1 billion mark within 48 hours of the launch. Slated for completion by Q1 2029, the development is a collaborative project of ABA Group with Devmark and Kempinski Group.
International Design Associates (IDA) redesigned all 417 units of the tower that range from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom duplexes.
