Hilton has opened its partnership venture, Hilton Dubai Creek Hotel & Residences, with West F5 Investments LLC in Dubai Creek, Deira. The project is the first opening in Dubai Developments’ Jewel of the Creek and is operated by Aleph Hospitality.
Hilton Dubai Creek Hotel & Residences is a newly built tower comprising 180 fully serviced hotel and residence units which overlook the waterfront promenade of the Jewel of the Creek and provide views of the city skyline and a glimpse of the old and new Dubai. The units range form studio hotel apartments to one- and two-bedrooms and a three-bedroom duplex penthouse. The hotel and residences come with floor to ceiling windows and fully equipped kitchen along with appliances and fixtures.
Guests and residents have access to the building’s fitness center, consisting of an indoor gym, steam sauna, and indoor jacuzzi, and an outdoor pool complete with a pool bar and a kid’s pool. Hilton Dubai Creek Hotel & Residences’ all-day dining venue, Serein Restaurant & Lounge, offers international cuisine and features indoor and outdoor seating with large cabanas set on the terrace.

After a record-breaking international tourist count of 17.15 million in Dubai last year, Hilton is expected to play a key role in housing visitors as the emirate predicts stronger tourism boom 2024.
