Fourth phase of Azizi’s Riviera reaches 40 percent completion

Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s top real estate developers, has announced 40 percent completion of the fourth phase of its French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront project, Riviera. The phase comprises six buildings and is strategically located in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, amid Dubai’s most important business, leisure, and retail hubs. The phase is slated for completion by Q2 and Q3 2024.
One of the six buildings, Azizi Azure, is now 44 percent complete, with its structure at 100 percent, blockwork and internal plaster at 95 percent and 70 percent, and HVAC, MEP, and overall finishes at 14 percent, 25 percent, and 18 percent, respectively. The other five buildings are also progressing rapidly, with construction completion varying between 34 percent, 39 percent, 41 percent, and 43 percent, and the total workforce having been increased to 3,100.

Riviera is a waterfront lifestyle destination comprising 75 mid- and high-rise buildings with approximately 16,000 residences. Waterfront homes have witnessed a surge in demand in the Dubai property market, driving developers to launch such residences in the emirate.
Designed to introduce the French-Mediterranean lifestyle to Dubai, Riviera represents a new landmark destination that is both residential and commercial, with plenty of retail space. Riviera features three districts: an extensive retail boulevard, a lagoon walk on the shores of its 2.7 km-long swimmable crystal lagoon with eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins — a vast, lush-green social space.
