Object 1 unveils Alta V1ew, one of the tallest towers in JVC

Object 1, a real estate developer in Dubai, has announced Alta V1ew, a 54-storey residential tower poised to be one of the tallest developments in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). Located in District 10 of JVC, Alta V1ew is scheduled for completion in Q4 2028. The launch takes place at a time when the off-plan market is flourishing. Off-plan sales accounted for 63 percent of all property transactions in 2024, reaching Dh254.46 billion.

Alta V1ew comprises 46 floors of studios, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, and Skyhomes on the upper levels. The units come with floor-to-ceiling windows, ergonomic layouts, and high-quality finishes.

The development also features retail outlets on the ground level, offering easy access to essential goods and services.

In addition, the development hosts Sky Deck amenities such as Sky Leisure Deck, Sky Infinity Pool, and sunken lounge zones. The Sky Infinity Terrace is a viewing deck perched on the upper levels of the tower, offering vistas of Dubai’s skyline and surrounding greenery.
