European developer launches Dh600 million residential project in Dubai

R.evolution, a boutique European real estate developer, has launched Eywa, a luxurious residential project worth of Dh600 million in Dubai and will deliver in the second quarter of 2026.  The homes within Eywa are specially designed to provide green and livable space incorporating the age-old vastu shastra – the ancient Indian architectural heritage that takes into consideration the air circulation and energy consumption in a living space.

Eywa is the first project in Dubai after the successful track record of developing unique properties in Latvia, Spain, and Germany. It is making its Middle East debut with a distinctive new residential tower in Dubai, UAE, as part of its global expansion.

The building has a unique design, inspired by the Tree of Life, and will be located in Business Bay. There will be 48 residences: 46 apartments with 2-5 bedrooms and 2 penthouses. The total area of the properties will range from 3,068 square feet to 16,254 square feet. These apartments will have views of Burj Khalifa.

The concept of the complex was based on closeness to nature and the architectural principles or Vastu-shastra, the latest technology combined with ancient teachings. There will be 162 crystals throughout the building, harmonising the space and creating positive energy. Other architectural features of the project include a canopy of branches and circular columns.

The price of the property starts from Dh10 million for two-bedroom apartment, Dh18 million for three-bedroom apartment, for Dh23 million for four-bedroom apartment, Dh42 million for five-bedroom and Dh100 million for a five-bedroom penthouse.

He said his company spent 14 months in doing research to bring the best solution for improved living space in the apartments.

The project embedded with modern unique amenities to create maximum comfort for its residents. They are designed to support physical and spiritual health with intellectual development like music lounges, library with 2,500 books, crystal garden, club house with restaurant, spa centre, hammam, massage room, three swimming pools, gymnasium, fitness club and yoga studio, dining areas, conference room, indoor and outdoor cinemas, relaxation zone with waterfalls, 142-space parking and charging stations for electric cars, children’s club with play areas.
