Dar Global, an international real estate developer, has partnered with Aston Martin, a luxury car brand, to deliver a beachfront residential development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The development, which will be officially unveiled in May 2024, will feature interiors designed by Aston Martin. It will be the car maker’s first real estate project in the GCC.
With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Dh918.22 million (US$250 million), the construction of the project is expected to be complete in 2028, in joint development with Aarvees Group.

The beachfront residences will be built near Wynn Resort and will offer residents access to a private beach. it is one of many projects mushrooming on Al Marjan Island that will spur the island’s position as a lifestyle destination in the UAE
