Arada launches 90,000 sqft Armani Beach Residences

Arada has unveiled Armani Beach Residences, a luxury residential development at Palm Jumeirah, in partnership with Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and Japanese architect, Tadao Ando. Armani Beach Residences is located on the outer crescent of the man-made islands. Spanning an area of 90,000 square feet, it is slated for completion by end of 2026.
The units at Armani Beach Residences start at Dh21 million and range from two- to five- bedroom apartments to penthouses and two presidential suites. Each unit offers access to the exterior view and features fixtures and fittings from Armani/Casa for living spaces, bathrooms and kitchens. Floor-to-ceiling glass facades, a circular or linear foyer, terraces and well-proportioned ceiling heights are other add-ons. Buyers will also be able to choose between a light and dark palette for the interior design of their residence.

Armani Beach Residences is equipped with a plethora of amenities, all designed and furnished by Armani/Casa. These include residents-only spa, multi-purpose function room, cigar lounge, a compact movie theatre, children’s playroom and landscaped deck area, as well as a private beach. The building also features the overhanging arch and the many water features and pools as design elements.

The presidential suites comprises high-end facilities such as a courtyard space with reflective pool, a gym, libraries, a private cinema, a private parking lounge with space for seven cars, and a mega-terrace featuring an infinity pool. Buyers of penthouses and presidential suites will have the opportunity to work directly with Armani/Casa to customise the interiors of their homes.
