Taraf unveils Terra Golf Collection in Jumeirah Golf Estates

Taraf, the real estate division of investment holding group Yas Holding, has unveiled Terra Golf Collection, a luxury residential villa collection in the heart of Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE), one of Dubai’s most sought-after residential communities. The company’s third project which offers residents leisure facilities set in natural surroundings will help meet continuing strong demand in the UAE real estate market.
The announcement comes as the UAE real estate sector witnesses continued growth that is also driving investment in the GCC real estate and GCC construction sectors. This also reflects the buoyancy in Abu Dhabi real estate.
The Terra Golf Collection is a gated community consisting of 84 single-family properties, with six-bedroom villas and townhouses. Most properties will offer scenic views of the golf course and will be created to blend in seamlessly with the green spaces. The architectural and interior design of Terra Golf Collection villas and townhouses will reflect quality and contemporary luxury.

For golfers, JGE also hosts two internationally acclaimed championship golf courses, Earth and Fire, as well as the European Tour Professional Institute (ETPI) golf academy.
