Sunrise Capital, an emerging Dubai developer, has handed over all 132 units in its project Legacy By Sunrise in Al Barsha South. The 91,000 square feet building comprises 67 studios, 43 one-bedroom, and 22 two-bedroom apartments, marking another milestone the developer’s portfolio.
The developer has established itself with timely delivery, apartments which are 30 to 35 percent larger than industry norms, high-quality construction, well-designed layouts, Vastu-compliant plots and units, and accessible luxury living options.
Units in Legacy By Sunrise feature are equipped with high-end finishes and Teka (Germany) appliances. Varied layouts cater to diverse lifestyles, supported by amenities like children’s play area, semi-Olympic pool, gym, double-height lobby, library, cinema, and padel court.

The handover of Legacy By Sunrise is preceded by the successful delivery of a project by Sunrise Capital- Legend by Sunrise, which is also in Al Barsha. The upscale residential project offers 112 apartments and features a lobby and four high-speed elevators among other amenities.
