Sankari Properties unveils project at Marasi Marina

Sankari Properties, a newly-established property developer, has unveiled its flagship luxury residential property in Marasi Marina, Business Bay, which is slated for completion in the final quarter of 2027.

The residential development, consisting of twin towers, will feature three-, four-, and five-bedroom apartments, spanning at least 6,500 square feet, each occupying an entire floor to ensure maximum privacy and security. The towers and their interiors will be designed by Foster & Partners and Portia Fox, respectively. Each apartment will feature private pools on terraces that will offer views of Marasi Marina and Downtown Dubai, as well as Dubai Creek and the city skyline. The towers’ residents can access wellness amenities like gym and spa.

The company’s pipeline features a variety of developments located in key areas such as Marasi Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, and other strategic plots within emerging masterplan developments.
