Sankari, a luxury real estate developer in Dubai, has launched the world’s first Regent Residences, Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place, in partnership with IHG Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hospitality companies. The flagship development, comprising twin towers, will be located in Marasi Marina and will feature 63 full-floor upper luxury residences as well as ten floating homes. It is designed by Foster + Partners.
Each of the full-floor residences is equipped with swimming pool and outdoor living spaces. The residents will have access to various facilities, including health and fitness centres, a golf simulator, tennis and padel courts, a cinema, and gaming room. The development also includes a spa, business lounge, and a residents’ lounge.
