Rove Hotels in collaboration with Arada unveil 117 branded residences Rove Home Aljada

Sharjah, UAE

Rove Hotels and Arada have launched sales at Rove Home Aljada, an exclusive collection of branded residences located within one of the fastest-growing communities in the UAE.

Owned and developed by Arada and operated by Rove Hotels, the one-, two- and three-bedroom Rove Home Aljada apartments represent the brand’s first move into the housing market, complementing Rove’s portfolio of 9 hotels across the UAE.

Rove Home Aljada will consist of 117 high-end smart apartments in a building featuring contemporary colours and design that offers its residents impressive facilities, including exclusive access to a well-stocked gym, swimming pool, as well as the presence of a café, restaurant, co-working, meeting spaces and retail on the ground-floor level.

Rove Home Aljada owners can also make the most of the exceptional range of amenities and services on offer at the Rove Aljada hotel, which is connected to the residences. These include a roof-top pool, a 24-hour gym and a restaurant, with in-room dining, housekeeping and laundry services available to Rove Home Aljada residents.

“We’re delighted to take another step forward in our partnership with Rove Hotels with the launch of Rove Home Aljada, an exciting new offering complete with all the creativity, colour and energy that everyone has come to expect from the Rove brand. Rove Home Aljada represents an exceptional new residential offering for Aljada, and the introduction of the Rove Aljada hotel will once again raise the bar in Sharjah’s hospitality scene,” Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, Vice Chairman of Arada, said.

Both the Rove Aljada hotel and Rove Home Aljada residences benefit from exceptional positioning within the Aljada destination, located on the edge of the premium Arada CBD business district, a new commercial hub for Sharjah. The complex is also right opposite the popular Madar at Aljada family entertainment district, and additionally located on East Boulevard, a wide tree-lined street containing a wide range of shopping and dining options.

“We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Arada for the debut of Rove Home, our first Rove branded residences. The Aljada development’s exceptional scale and quality make it an incredibly enticing destination that perfectly aligns with the Rove philosophy, brand ethos, and guest profile. We believe there is lots of potential for branded residences in the lifestyle segment, and we are excited to continue growing within it.” Paul Bridger, COO of Rove Hotels, said.

At 24 million square foot in size and with 30,000 homes, Aljada is Sharjah’s largest ever mixed-use destination and a new leisure and entertainment hub for the emirate. Alongside extensive residential districts, Aljada also hosts a range of amenities including beautifully landscaped parks, hotels, schools, plentiful shopping and dining options, and a cultural neighbourhood.

In total, 6,300 homes have now been completed at Aljada, as well as its family-friendly entertainment destination, Madar at Aljada, which has already welcomed well over four million visitors. Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, this new family entertainment destination has a wealth of attractions, all set in a beautifully landscaped green space.

The first Rove hotel opened at Downtown Dubai in 2016 and the brand now has over 4000 hotel rooms and apartments open or under development across the Middle East. Rove Hotels continues to target properties in well-connected locations.
