Dubai developer Omniyat said, it has commenced the delivery of The Lana Residences, Dorchester Collection, Dubai. This comes after the acquisition of Marasi Bay Marina in September 2023, the groundbreaking of Vela and the launch of Vela Viento, both constituting the Dorchester Collection.
Omniyat’s handover of The Lana’s residences will contribute to the transformation of Marasi Bay into a luxury waterfront enclave. The Lana will further enhance Dubai’s appeal as a centre for high-end homes. It also marks as Dorchester Collection’s first Burj Khalifa District Residences.
The Lana is comprised of 39 apartments among which a limited number of units are available for purchase. The homes feature floor-to-ceiling windows that provide views of the Burj Khalifa District and the wider cityscape of Dubai.

Designed by architect Foster + Partners and Gilles et Boissier, the residence is connected to a 187-metre water promenade and provides direct access to various dining and retail options. It also features an outdoor swimming pool, private gym, and yoga studio coupled with professional services managed by Dorchester Collection, including porter services and a residence concierge.

This handover comes directly following the recent announcement of the opening of The Lana’s hospitality offering and Dorchester Collection’s very first hotel in the Middle East.
