The sixth edition of Build Your House and the inaugural Inspire Exhibition 2025 are set to commence on April 28, 2025 in Qatar, to meet the needs of homeowners. The exhibitions will take place at a time when the country’s residential sector is flourishing, having already added over 9,000 units to its supply last year. Running till May 1, 2025 at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC), the shows will bring together homebuilders, consultants, suppliers, and key industry leaders who will showcase home construction, interior design, and innovative building solutions.
Held under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, the exhibitions will feature prominent governmental entities, such as the Ministry of Municipality, the Ministry of Social Development, as well as the Civil Defense of Qatar.
Build Your House will unveil the latest advancements in luxury home construction, high-end interior design, and living solutions for Qatari homeowners. Complementing Build Your House, Inspire Exhibition will feature a diverse range of home décor, unique gifts, and elegant furnishings that elevate modern living. Together, these events will offer tailored solutions for homeowners in Qatar.
By the second quarter of 2024, Qatar’s residential stock stood at 396,000 units, with around 148,000 villas and 248,000 apartments. Moreover, 1,300 units were delivered during the quarter, impelled by the demand for high-end apartments. Projects like Lusail, The Pearl, and West Bay in Qatar are driving substantial investments from citizens, residents, and foreigners alike.
Visitors at the exhibitions will have access to the Mostashari program, a free-to-join initiative that offers aspiring homeowners access to personalised consultations with expert advisors, guiding them through every stage of their home-building journey—from architecture and design to innovative construction techniques. Visitors will be able to directly talk to top industry professionals, providing tailored advice on everything from permits and materials to layout and design.
The previous edition of Build Your Home featured over 250 exhibitors and co-exhibitors, hosted more than 40 speakers, and generated QAR 800 million in deal value. This year’s event is expected to surpass these achievements, offering even greater opportunities for networking and business growth.
