Leos Developments, an international property developer, has launched its latest addition to the Weybridge Collection, Weybridge Gardens 3, The Alps Edition, in Dubailand. With a gross development value (GDV) of Dh215 million, the luxury project draws inspiration from the French Alps and Western Europe’s most iconic ski resorts, offering a blend of alpine charm and modern urban living in Dubai. Projected to be completed by the third quarter of 2026, Weybridge Gardens 3, The Alps Edition comprises 208 residences along with an array of amenities.
