Dugasta Properties, an up-and-coming real estate developer in Dubai, has announced a project pipeline worth of Dh1.5 billion. The announcement was made by Tauseef Khan, the Chairman of Dugasta Properties, at a gala event in the presence of industry leaders and real estate stakeholders at the Emirates Golf Course. Furthermore, more than 3,000 real estate agents have been signed by the developer to boost-up the marketing and sales activities in the coming months.
Tauseef Khan, Chairman of Dugasta Properties, said, “We are immensely proud of our achievements and the dedication of our agents. This Dh1.5 billion investment signifies a new epoch in our journey, fortifying our commitment to innovation, quality, and the establishment of new benchmarks within the Dubai real estate market. He further declared an incentive programme that will see ten top salespersons win super-luxury cars.
Dugasta Properties had previously launched Al Haseen Residences and Moonsa Residences, both of which witnessed successful sales. The Dh1.5 billion project pipeline will add to the escalating number of properties being developed in Dubai.
