Deyaar Development PJSC, one of the UAE’s leading real estate companies, has launched Downtown Residences, its tallest project to date. Comprising twin towers, Downtown Residences will soar to 445 metres and feature 522 residences across 110+ floors. The twin-tower development features a dramatic central slit and five vertical zones that ascend at podium level to the Sky Mansion. The integrated landscape design blurs the lines between nature and built space, offering serene moments within the high-energy bustle of the city.
