Azizi Developments, a Dubai-based master developer, has unveiled Building 65, as part of the fourth phase of its Riviera master development. Riviera is a French Mediterranean-inspired stylish waterfront-lifestyle destination in the heart of MBR City, Dubai, that comprises 75 mid- and high-rise buildings when completed will host approximately 16,000 residences.
The building comprises one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom residences, and is already 26 percent complete, with an expected completion date toward the end of 2023. Riviera 65 is a luxurious residential complex with its very own private road access.
