Azizi Developments, a Dubai-based private real estate developer, has unveiled Azizi Vista, a residential project that will deliver 256 apartments when completed in the fourth quarter of 2024 at Dubai Studio City, a company statement said.
The project will cater to a growing demand for residential homes as more and more investors are relocating to the emirate due to strong economic opportunities, according to industry sources.
The development will comprise studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom residences, as well as aesthetically planned social areas, two swimming pools, children’s play areas, yoga areas, BBQ areas, and beautifully landscaped gardens, among a wide range of other health and convenience focused amenities
