Arada, a Sharjah-based real estate developer, said it will develop Nesba, a two-building apartment complex that will deliver 291 apartments when completed end of 2025.
The name Nesba, which means ratio in Arabic, refers to the balanced and positive lifestyle that will be enjoyed by residents, thanks to the extensive sporting and leisure amenities located within close proximity.
The two-blocks at Nesba will contain 291 upscale homes, characterised by fresh and contemporary architecture. Each unit contains smart home features and white goods added as standard, while owners will also benefit from the presence of two indoor gyms and a shared swimming pool.

In addition, Nesba residents have direct access to East Boulevard, a popular tree-lined promenade filled with shopping and dining outlets. Also located next to the Nesba buildings is a world-class outdoor sports complex, containing a full-size football pitch and smaller 5-a-side football pitches, alongside basketball, paddle tennis and badminton courts.
Nesba is part of Aljada, one of the UAE megaprojects, where 6,300 homes have already been completed, and another 2,600 are currently under construction.
Spread over a 24 million square feet area and featuring 25,000 homes in total, Aljada is a transformational destination for Sharjah.
