Acube Developments, a Dubai-based property developer, unveiled its second residential project — Electra — that, once completed, will deliver 278 fully furnished apartments at Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in Dubai.
Construction of the 38-storey project is expected to start in the second quarter of 2024 and scheduled to be completed in second quarter of 2027.
Designed by Australian theme park consultant Sanderson Global, which designed some of the world’s renowned leisure tourism destinations including Dubai Parks and Resorts, Electra will host more than 50 amenities including beach themed pool, private pools, mini-water park with slides, mini golf area, bowling alley, indoor and outdoor play area, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, indoor children’s cinema, and picnic areas, health club, among many others.

Electra offers amenities for all ages: ground floor has co-working spaces, a library, and a coffee station; podium level entertains kids with arcade and cinema. 37th and 38th floors feature gym, sauna, and an 18m sky pool. Residents enjoy BBQ areas and shops for a complete living experience.
Residents also benefit from JVC’s strategic location with easy access to Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall, Global Village, and to both of Dubai’s airports.
Apartment prices start at Dh750,644 and offer a variety of flexible payment plans. Acube plans to develop and sell 1 million square feet by 2025 and Electra will bring its total developments to approximately 400,000 square feet since September 2023. The company said, it continues its land acquisition efforts across Dubai to accelerate its plans for additional residential launches in 2024.
