Peak Summit unveils third tower at The Orchard Place in JVC

Peak Summit Development has launched the third tower of its multi-building residential project, The Orchard Place, a luxury European inspired residential community in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. Tower C is part of the second phase of The Orchard Place is expected to be delivered by Q4 2026. The announcement follows the complete sale of units in Tower A and B.

Tower C will rise up to a height of 20 floors featuring 193 units including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, two-storey penthouses, and townhouses with terraces and private swimming pools. Each unit boasts a ceiling height of 3.5 meters and prices start at Dh687,000. The units are furnished with wooden flooring and European appliances.

Residents will enjoy a host of facilities including a 25-metre sports swimming pool, a comprehensive wellness area complete with yoga, sauna, and steam rooms, and an outdoor cinema. Additionally, the project will feature an office block managed by The Place – a leading high end serviced offices operator in GCC, ensuring high standards of service for both office and dining experiences.

The Orchard Place is a multi-building residential community that will deliver over 1,100 units at its completion. Apartments are available on a flexible payment plan of 60 percent payment during the construction and 40 percent on handover.  Additionally, The Orchard Place offers fully furnished apartments with a two-year post-handover payment plan and 1 percent monthly payment options, providing flexible financial solutions to suit various needs.

The strategic location of the project, with five plots centrally located around the central circle of Jumeirah Village Circle, further enhances the desirability of this property for families. Residents can easily access all major roads and landmarks of Dubai.
