The UAE Realty Awards 2024 that took place on July 6th at Atlantis the Palm acknowledged significant achievements in the UAE real estate market. Hosted by Finance World Magazine, it honoured the contributions of industry pioneers and innovators. The event also facilitated networking among guests, industry leaders, and key stakeholders.
The ceremony feted awardees across 19 categories, highlighting their role in advancing their organisations and the broader industry. Damac Properties was declared as the Developer of the Year. Founder and Chairman of Sobha Realty, P.N.C. Menon, received the Lifetime Achievement Award. As the Best Community Developer of the Year, Dubai Holding was recognised for its transformative community developments that enhance urban living. Omniyat was feted for its luxury properties, bagging the accolade of being the Luxury Property Developer. The ceremony recognized Azizi Developments as the year’s Best Amenities Provider while Masdar City won the Best Sustainable Development of 2024.
Aeon & Trisl Real Estate bagged the Best Real Estate Investment Portfolio award. Aark Developers was declared as Rising Developer while Tiger Properties was acknowledged for their marketing strategies. Anax Developments was announced as the Emerging Urban Infrastructure Developer. ResiDual secured the Property Investment Rising Star of The Year award.
Individuals like Salwa Afaroui, Regional Director of Next Level Real Estate, was honoured as the year’s International Property Expert. Eng. Amer Abdulaziz Hussain Khansaheb, Managing Director of Union Properties, was recognised as the Most Influential Real Estate Thought Leader. Rachna Bhatia and Lovina Chari, Founders of One Stop Realty took home the Young Achiever In Real Estate award. Mehrdad Hessabi, CEO of MacMillan Trust, was recognised as the Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year.
Almal Real Estate Development won the Iconic Design Of The Year award. Zabadani Real Estate, a leading firm specializing in land plot advisory, won in the Excellence in Land Plot Advisory category. Infinix Real Estate was announced as the Emerging Real Estate Firm of the Year.
