Soho Development, a design-led residential real estate developer, has launched its latest project, The Berkeley, in Dubai Hills Estate. The project is Dubai Hills Estate’s first fully-furnished, hospitality-inspired residence offering park-front living. It is also the developer’s first build to sell park-front project. Devmark serves as the master agent of The Berkeley.
Set against the backdrop of Dubai Hills Park, the building hosts a variety of residential options ranging from studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each unit comes with private balconies and furnishings, offering a hotel-inspired lifestyle.
