Sobha Realty, a leading global luxury real estate developer, has started building a Dh210 million mall in its flagship community Sobha Hartland. The project is set for completion by H2 2026. This will enhance the value for residents and serve as a continuous revenue stream for the developer.
Ravi Menon, Co-Chairman of Sobha Group, said, “We are delighted to unveil our new mall, which is a testament to our long-standing commitment towards elevating living experiences for our residents. The project underscores our vision to create integrated and community-focused spaces that seamlessly combine convenience while offering multi-tier retail stores, gourmet dining and diverse entertainment options. Beyond a retail space, the mall is designed to be a pivotal hub for community engagement that offers an ideal blend of nature, culture and recreation that will elevate the living quotient of community members and visitors.”
Spanning 339,000 square feet in total, with 115,000 square feet of gross leasable space, the project will host amenities like a supermarket, gym, play courts, entertainment zone, and diverse dining options, including over 35 shops and more than 10 culinary venues.
Sobha Realty’s mall design prioritizes sustainability with greenery, water features, natural and energy-efficient lighting, solar panels, and green materials. It features innovative technologies such as interactive displays and smart lighting as well as architectural elements and biophilic design to create a serene atmosphere with natural illumination.
The project represents Sobha Realty’s strategic entry into the UAE retail sector. Located near Ras Al Khor road, the mall caters to community needs with its retail options, global dining, and parking spaces.
