Shamal Holding, a Dubai-based diversified investment firm, has unveiled details of the UAE’s first Baccarat Hotel. Located in Downtown Dubai offering views of the Burj Khalifa, the hotel is composed of 145 rooms. It will be developed in collaboration with H&H Development, a Dubai-based real estate investor, developer, and asset manager, and SH Hotels & Resorts, the company behind the Baccarat Hotels & Resorts brand that will operate the property. The project’s architecture, featuring a glass façade that mimics the sparkle of Baccarat crystals, is designed by Studio Libeskind, while the interiors are created by interior design studio, 1508 London.
In addition to offering 145 keys, which include Classic King, Queen, and Suite rooms, the mixed-use development also features branded residences ranging from two- to four-bedroom furnished apartments alongside four penthouses and a five-bedroom palatial residence complete with a private gym, pool, and wine cellar. The residents will have access to all of the hotel’s amenities.

The development will include food and beverage outlets spread across a street-level promenade and plaza as well as wellness facilities such as the Pool Sanctuary and spa.
