Al Tareq Star, a Saudi real estate developer, has forayed into the UAE with its inaugural project Norah Residence in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. Along with the launch, the developer has revealed its strategic expansion plan in the country, which includes a portfolio of real estate development projects across key locations. The project is scheduled for handover by the end of Q2 2027.
Developed in collaboration with architectural firm NAGA Architects, Norah Residence comprises 183 units ranging from studios to one-bedroom, two-bedroom, two-bedroom duplex, and three-bedroom duplex apartments. Unit prices start at Dh650,000, with a 40/60 payment plan, offering an attractive investment opportunity for both residents and investors seeking long-term value in Dubai’s real estate market.
