Reef Luxury Developments unveils its Dh300 mn project in Al Furjan

Reef Luxury Developments, an emerging real estate developer, has launched its second luxurious project, Reef 999, in Al Furjan, Dubai. The announcement follows the success of its first project, Reef 1000. With a development value of Dh300 million, Reef 999 is scheduled for handover in the first quarter of 2027.

Reef 999 offers 142 units, including 108 one-bedroom apartments, 20 two-bedroom apartments, four three-bedroom apartments, and 10 exclusive villas with private winter gardens. One-bedroom apartments start at 792 square feet, two-bedroom units at 1,338.3 square feet, three-bedroom units at 2,022.2 square feet, and villas start at 3,424 square feet. Prices start from Dh1,158,000.
