Reef Luxury Developments, an emerging developer in Dubai, has officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for Reef 1000 in the heart of Dubai Land Residential Complex (DLRC). The development is set to feature the world’s first-of-its-kind sunken balcony with outdoor cooling that transforms outdoor spaces into comfortable retreats, allowing residents to enjoy fresh air and natural surroundings all year round, regardless of the season.

With a development value of Dh175 million, Reef 1000 will deliver 125 residences, ranging from studios to townhouses, upon completion. The groundbreaking follows the launch of the developer’s second project, Reef 999, in Al Furjan.
