RAK Properties, Ras Al Khaimah’s leading property developer, has launched the second phase of Mirasol, a resort-style apartment community on Raha Island, Mina. The phase comprises 280 units within the North Harbour neighbourhood on the island.
Units include studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom duplexes, and penthouses. Sizes range between 389 square feet and 3,741 square feet. Prices start from Dh861,000.
Residents can access amenities like pools, remote working spaces, open-air cinema, an in-house restaurant, indoor yoga studio and fitness centre, sauna and steam rooms, and a shaded jogging track.
