Pinnacle Developers has partnered with Devmark to build Vitalia Palm Jumeirah Residences, a waterfront development on Palm Jumeirah. Located on the East Crescent of the archipelago, it is a nine-storey tall building featuring 45 residences, ranging from two- and three-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom duplexes and penthouses. Vitalia Palm Jumeirah Residences is slated for completion by 2026.

Vitalia Palm Jumeirah Residences is crafted by the architectural firm Model and features interiors by Sneha Divias Atelier. The residences boast high ceilings and nearly three-metre-tall, full-height double-reflection thermo-glazed windows that allow optimum light into living spaces. They are equipped with advanced smart home systems that offer residents effortless control over lighting, climate, and security.
Residents of Vitalia can access an array of amenities, including a fitness centre with multiple swimming pools, a children’s pool, EV charging stations, and concierge services.
