Omniyat, one of Dubai’s leading luxury developers, has launched Omniyat Bespoke, a new concept for ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWIs) to own homes defined by their tastes. Under this concept, the developer unveiled its latest property, Luna Sky Palace at Orla, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, covering an area of 58,476 square feet.
Luna Sky Palace spans three levels, featuring a 13,500-square-foot sky garden rooftop with a 36-metre infinity pool. The mansion includes private lobby lounges at both the ground and basement levels and an array of features, from a private office for personal assistants to a wellness spa complete with a fitness suite, salon, treatment rooms, steam and sauna spaces, relaxation areas, and a private garage accommodating up to 10 cars.
