Ohana Development, a property developer, launched Jacob & Co. Beachfront Living by Ohana, with a development value exceeding Dh4.7 billion strategically located on the Arabian Gulf coastline Al Jurf between Dubai and Abu Dhabi that will help residents reach downtown Dubai and Abu Dhabi within 40-45 minutes on either direction.
With direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road, the development enjoys seamless connectivity to the UAE’s key destinations, including Abu Dhabi International Airport, Palm Jebel Ali, and Al Maktoum International Airport. It is scheduled for completion by Q2 2028.
All the homes within the project, located just 20 minutes away from the new Al Maktoum International Airport – the world’s largest aviation hub – is being designed and developed in partnership with timepiece and jewellery house Jacob & Co. Once complete by 2034, Al Maktoum International Airport will handle up to 260 million passengers per annum – that will push up the price of properties that are being developed in the area by Ohana.
Jacob & Co. Beachfront Living by Ohana presents a collection of 457 residences comprising of seaview apartments, villas, penthouses, Sky Mansions and beachfront mansions — each thoughtfully designed to embody refined coastal living. Prices of the penthouses feature 180-degree views starts from Dh22 million while price of Sky Mansions starts from Dh77 million.
Additionally, fully customisable 3- to 6-bedroom villas and mansions—each featuring a private pool—are available with peaceful natural reserve views or as canal-front locations, while the Beachfront Mansions deliver unmatched scale and panoramic sea views, setting a new benchmark for refined design and luxury living.
