CG Developers Global, the real estate subsidiary of Nepali corporate giant CG Corp Global, has launched the first JW Marriott Residences on Dubai Islands. The branded project will feature 115 residences managed by international hospitality group Marriott International. It is slated for completion by early 2028.
JW Marriott Residences comprises a collection of one- to three-bedroom units. Residents can enjoy access to a rooftop pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf, spa rooms, a fitness centre, lounges, a café, and concierge services. The development will offer seamless connectivity to the city’s main arterial roads via dedicated bridges, providing easy access to key locations.

Multiple properties are operational and under development across Dubai, The Maldives, Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, New York, and Kenya.

CG Corp Global and Marriott International previously worked on converting Wellness Resort, The Farm at San Benito into the first Autograph Collection in Philippines. Another collaboration includes affiliating Fern Hotels (A Member of CG Hospitality) with Marriott’s new global collection brand Series by Marriott™. Fern Hotels operates a portfolio of 87 hotels, with 57 in India alone. It plans to run 500 Fern hotels by 2030.
