Nabni Developments has launched its sixth project, called Avenue Residence, a 12-storey residential project in Al Furjan. Avenue Residence 6 follows the successful launch of its predecessor, Avenue Residence 5 that sold out within days of its launch in September 2023. The project is scheduled for completion by the third quarter of 2024.
Avenue Residence 6 includes 96 apartments including 30 one-bedroom, 56 two-bedroom and 10 three-bedroom apartments. All the units feature smart home automation, Italian design and materials. Nabni Developments offers a 40/60 payment plan for investors and residents interested in Avenue Residence 6. This structured approach includes a 15 percent down payment plus a 4 percent Dubai Land Department registration fee and other administration fees payable at the initial stage; 25 percent during construction; and the remaining 60 percent upon completion.
