The recently-launched Missoni-branded Trio Isle Interiors, a three-building waterfront project on Marjan Island by Durar Group and Octa Development has recorded massive response following the unveiling of Isle B units which offer full waterfront views.

Upon completion in 2027, Trio Isle Interiors by Missoni will deliver 704 homes, ranging from studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments. Isles A and C feature unbranded, furnished studios. Spanning a built-up area of 1.4 million square feet and boasting sales value of Dh1.5 billion, the minimum per square foot price stands at Dh2,500.

Mohammed Miqdadi, CEO of Durar Group, elaborated on the project’s unique design which pays homage to Dubai’s landscape, “The architectural inspiration is drawn from a blend of local heritage and the finesse of an international brand. Isle A and Isle C represent the mountains of Ras Al Khaimah while Isle B represents a ship sailing between the two mountains.”

Durar Group, a renowned player in Dubai’s real estate, projects its close-knit association to its roots in its developments. Durar, which means jewels in Arabic, alludes to an Arabian folk tale where one magically stumbles upon treasures in the desert, the CEO revealed to Gulf Property. Its iconic project J One testifies to the concept with the architectural curves that represent a shell and pearl – a creative take on Dubai’s pearl diving economy.

While there has been an influx of property launches following the announcement of the highly-anticipated Wynn Resort which will draw in significant international interest to Marjan Island. Miqdadi revealed that plans to foray into RAK were conceived long ago, with land acquisition for Trio Isle already taking place prior to the Wynn launch. According to Durar, they found the island promising and lucrative in the long term, attracting local & foreign buyers.

Octa Development, a fully-fledged development management company, is collaborating with Durar to build the branded Trio Isle project. The firm, which oversees every aspect of project management – from approvals and building to brand marketing, sales, and handover – was founded by Fawaz Sous, who previously worked with developers such as Emaar and Damac. The end-to-end model was initiated to streamline the process for developers without sufficient expertise. Recent projects include Flora Isle, Capital One, La Mer by Elie Saab, and Franck Muller Vanguard among others.

Fawaz Sous, CEO of Octa Development, said, “Following the remarkable success of Moonstone Interiors by Missoni, Trio Isle Interiors by Missoni strengthens the trust global brands place in Octa Development to deliver exceptional, visionary projects. This development builds upon our proven expertise, bringing a bold new dimension to Al Marjan Island’s waterfront experience.”

Trio Isle Interiors by Missoni is one of the many luxury developments poised to enhance Marjan Island as the UAE’s highly anticipated luxury destinations, further solidifying Ras Al Khaimah’s standing in the world of high-end living.
