Meraki Developers, a Dubai-based real estate developer, has successfully handed over The Haven, its landmark residential community located in Majan, Dubailand. The Dh330 million project was completed and handed over on schedule, the developer stated.
The Haven has been developed entirely under Meraki’s vertically integrated model, with in-house capabilities across design, engineering, and construction — this covers the entire life cycle of the project right from project conceptualisation to ensuring ease of maintenance post-handover.
The development features a suite of amenities designed to support modern lifestyles, including wellness facilities, co-working spaces, pools, solar-powered parking, party hall, recreation lounge, and play spaces.
