Majid Developments, a new player in Dubai real estate, has launched Arlington Park, a Dh120 million residential community in Dubai Land Residence Complex (DLRC). The announcement follows the success of its debut project, Mayfair Gardens, in Jumeirah Garden City. Arlington Park comprises 140 residences that are slated for handover in Q4 2027. The ground-breaking took place in June.
Units come in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts and are available in both fully furnished and semi-furnished formats. Residents can access amenities such as an infinity pool, gym, sauna, co-working space, and game room.
Mansoor Majid, CEO of Majid Developments, said, “Arlington Park reflects our dedication to creating lasting value through thoughtfully designed homes that enhance the quality of community living. In a fast-evolving city like Dubai, our focus remains on delivering purpose-driven projects that are sustainable, investor-smart, and deeply attuned to the needs of the modern resident.”
During the EOI (Expression of Interest) phase, Arlington Park attracted overwhelming demand, with early indicators suggesting the entire project is effectively committed ahead of official sales release. Buyers can avail 65/35 payment plan with 35 percent payment post-handover in three years.
