Moaffaq Al Gaddah (MAG), one of the leading developers in the UAE, is set to expand its in-house luxury real estate and hospitality concept, Keturah, by venturing into its next project, Keturah Business Bay. The Dh2 billion luxury tower, which will incorporate Bio Living, is slated for completion by the third quarter of 2027.
Inspired by Biophilic Design, Bio Living blends nature into the architecture and interiors of the tower, emphasizing the effective role of flora and fauna on the physical and mental well-being of its residents. The tower comprises studios, one-, and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 600 square feet to 2,200 square feet, with additional amenities such as an outdoor pool, a gym, restaurants, and retail spaces. The apartments consist of double-volume interior spaces that enhance ventilation and open-plan spaces that allow free movement.
The company did not reveal much information on the number of units, components, price of units as well as construction timeline.
Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, Senior Executive Vice Chairman of MAG, said: “The launch of Keturah Business Bay is in response to the high demand we observed for the previous two developments under the Keturah brand – Keturah Reserve and Keturah Resort. There’s a significant demand for luxury residences that prioritize the well-being of residents. This project has been meticulously conceived and designed, with every detail aimed at elevating and enriching the lives of its occupants. Through its innovative inside-out design, we connect them with the surrounding nature, embodying the Bio Living concept.”
