Lincoln Rise Real Estate Development, a new developer in Dubai, has launched Lincoln Star Residence II, its wellness-focused residential project in Dubai South. This announcement follows the success of the developer’s inaugural project, Lincoln Star Residence – also located in Dubai South – which is on track for handover.

Lincoln Star Residence II offers a diverse portfolio of homes including studios, one- to two-bedroom apartments, and three-bedroom duplexes, with sizes ranging from 400 square feet to nearly 2,100 square feet.

Ovais Latif, CEO & Founding Partner, Lincoln Rise Real Estate Development LLC, said, “The market response to Lincoln Star Residence exceeded our highest expectations. With this second project, we’re scaling that momentum into a truly holistic lifestyle community.”

Set against the backdrop of Dubai’s iconic skyline, Lincoln Star Residence II features amenities like jacuzzi, swimming pool, halotherapy room, yoga, jogging, BBQ area, and kitchen garden. It incorporates a community-friendly design with parks, buggy-friendly pathways, children’s play zones, and a school within the premises. Other facilities include 24×7 surveillance, easy access to public transit, and integrated food and retail outlets.

Lincoln Star Residence II is positioned in one of Dubai’s emerging lifestyle corridors, offering easy access to global transport hubs and business centres.
