Lamda Development, a large-scale real estate developer in Greece, has unveiled an additional 215 apartments across three new residential developments at Little Athens, the latest residential enclave within The Ellinikon, Europe’s largest urban regeneration project and a smart city being built from the ground up in Athens. The apartments are featured in Little Athens’ latest additions: Promenade Heights, Trinity Gardens, and Atrium Gardens, which are scheduled for completion by Q4 2026.
Comprising nine circular and elliptical buildings, Promenade Heights features 79 apartments starting from €470,000 (Dh1.88 million) and offers views of the coast that is 200 metres away. Apartments range from one- to four-bedrooms; penthouses are equipped with private roof gardens and jacuzzies. Promenade Heights also offers secure underground parking and storage facilities.
Trinity Gardens and Atrium Gardens are only 150 metres from the coastal front within the Little Athens neighborhood. Trinity Gardens is composed of three buildings, each strategically positioned around a triangular courtyard, with 80 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms over up to five storeys. Prices start from €370,000 (Dh1.48 million).
Atrium Gardens is composed of 56 units ranging from one- to four-bedrooms across four buildings up to five storeys. Prices start from €400,000 (Dh1.6 million). Other features include underground parking and storage facilities, along with views of the sea, mountains, Ellinikon Park, the city, and Mount Hymettus.
The Ellinikon is set to become one of the world’s largest urban regeneration projects spanning 6.2 million square metres. Within it, Little Athens offers an array of contemporary residences and apartments crafted by local and international architects, including 314 Architecture Studio, Deda & Architects, and Tsolakis Architects. Promenade Heights, Trinity Gardens, and Atrium Gardens will join the existing residential developments within Little Athens, totaling five distinct new living options. Pavilion Terraces is a flagship complex of organic building formations in the Little Athens neighborhood. Meanwhile, Park Rise stands tall as the neighborhood’s first 50-metre-tall residential building. Together, these developments provide diverse residential options amidst a backdrop of commercial, retail, and recreational amenities.
