Lamar Development, the global real estate group defining design-led luxury homes, has launched Casa Lamar Cedaceros 9, marking the debut of its ultra-luxury Casa Lamar brand, designed by interior designer Patricia Urquiola. Located in Madrid, Casa Lamar Cedaceros 9 comprises just 22 residences, ranging between one- to five-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from €2.3m for a one-bedroom apartment. The development is part of Lamar Development’s €250 million (US$294 billion) European expansion.
Henri Hottinger, Partner of Lamar Development, commented, “Casa Lamar will bring a fresh perspective on luxury to the Madrid residential market, prioritising exceptional design, distinctive materials and continually increasing value for buyers. As we launch for sales with these 22 unique residences, we look forward to putting our mark on the cultural landscape of Barrio de las Letras and discovering opportunities in the wider continent of Europe. We’re proud to partner with Patricia Urquiola, a collaboration that reinforces our commitment to design excellence and long-term value creation in Europe’s key cities.”
For the first time in Madrid, the residential development will introduce a hospitality-grade lifestyle designed as a natural extension of the home. Wellness amenities include a high-performance gym with functional training, boxing and pilates facilities, an indoor pool, a hydrotherapy circuit with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and three immersion pools, alongside massage rooms and a beauty corner. Residents can access a wide range of social and gastronomic amenities. Services include a 24-hour concierge, a doorman, and 24-hour security – all complemented by underground parking.
