Kasco Developments, a subsidiary of Kasco Group, has launched Onda, its wellness-focused residential project located in Business Bay, Dubai. With an investment exceeding Dh500 million, Onda commenced construction last month and is slated for completion and handover in Q2 2027. It will rise to 23 floors and will feature 348 residences, including 85 studios, 190 one-bedroom apartments, 69 two-bedroom units, and four luxurious three-bedroom penthouses. The development is part of Kasco Developments’ pipeline, which aims to deliver 1 million square feet of premium residential space by 2025.

The project incorporates an array of wellness facilities, including a running track, gym, and spa with cold plunge and sauna. Unique to Onda, both indoor and outdoor swimming pools will provide year-round access to leisure and fitness, while wellness cafés will offer spaces for relaxation and rejuvenation. Moreover, the top-floor three-bedroom apartments will feature private pool.
