Taraf, the real estate division of UAE investment holding group, Yas Holding, and internationally renowned fashion house KARL LAGERFELD have entered into a partnership to collaborate on luxury branded villas in Dubai.
The project is KARL LAGERFELD’s third branded residential property in the world and the first in the Middle East. It has previously launched luxury residences in Marbella, Spain in 2021 and hotel tower with branded residences in Malaysia this year.
Karl Lagerfeld, an iconic figure in the fashion industry, was the creative force behind fashion houses such as his eponymous brand KARL LAGERFELD, Chanel, and Fendi. His stellar success in high-end fashion has ultimately paved the way to explore architecture and interior design. The brand’s debut in Dubai occurs following a report by property consultant Jones Lang LaSalle that the influx of high net-worth individuals (HNWIs) has driven the demand for luxury residences in the region.
