Kamani Living, a boutique real estate firm, has launched its operations in Dubai with entrepreneur Umar Kamani helming its launch. Umar Kamani orchestrated two record-breaking land sales in Dubai’s Jumeirah Bay Island last year, totalling US$80 million. He is renowned for his leadership role at PrettyLittleThing, an international fashion retailer.
Kamani Living is located in Dubai Hills Business Park. Tom Curle, who has previously served as Chief Operating Officer during PrettyLittleThing’s ascent, will oversee operations at Kamani Living.
Umar Kamani said, “Dubai has always been close to my heart. I’ve watched this city transform into one of the world’s most exciting destinations. With Kamani Living, we aim to elevate the real estate experience for investors and buyers alike, blending trust, transparency, and unrivalled expertise.”
The real estate firm is the latest venture of the Kamani Property Group, a company deeply rooted in Manchester and led by the Kamani family. The Group’s portfolio features urban refurbishments and landmark developments. Signature projects include Ancoats Works, a £50 million canal-side development of 193 homes and community spaces, and The Grand, a 34,000 square feet property offering versatile commercial and luxury residential spaces. Kamani Property Group’s footprint extends globally, with assets in London, Mumbai, New York, and now Dubai.
The buoyant real estate landscape of Dubai has propelled the emergence of real estate firms, signalling sustained growth of the industry.
